The management team of Crystal Building Services have over 30 years of combined project and business management experience. We are confident that our management systems and well trained employees are able to deliver projects to our clients on time and budget without compromise on quality. Our company is able to offer significant cost savings to builders through our strong relationships and buying power that we have worked hard to gain with local and overseas manufacturers. We have built strong relationships with select overseas manufacturers and now with over 2 years’ experience importing products we are confident that the building industry can now experience these benefits.
Crystal Building Services hold a current EBA with the CFMEU and ensure that our employees are looked after in accordance with this agreement. We believe in forging a culture of respect and professionalism to ensure that our employees remain satisfied and motivated to continuously deliver industry leading standards to our clients.
OHSE is a fundamental requirement for all Crystal Building Services staff to understand and implement. Senior management continually provide training opportunities to site management and ensure that all employees are inducted into the ‘Crystal Building Services Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Policy’ prior to commencing onsite. We know that the success of our business is dependent on the health and safety of our workers which is why we continue to build a culture of safe work practices.
